Your arrival at Villa Undulna – Terme della Versilia is foreseen during the afternoon. The hotel name stems from the “sand dunes and water nymph” sung by Gabriele d’Annunzio.
From 14.00 hrs. it is possible to check into your room and relax in the spacious and bright surroundings of the hotel, which open onto a mediterranean garden of palm trees and the pure liquid backdrop of the sea. Or discover the beach, the pine forest and the promenade, full of bathing establishments and open-air bars for which Versilia is famous.
The “H20listic” programme starts this evening. The Tuscan Spirit ambassador will welcome you at the poolside with fresh fruit and herbal teas and will detail your activities as well as introducing you to your companions in this adventure.
It all immediately becomes alive as you immerse yourself in the thermal waters for your first Shui-Dao session. When you return to your room you will find a sweet goodnight wish and aromatic teas.
Start your day pleasantly with fruit juices, hot drinks and simple biological biscuits recommended by the teachers to prepare you for the morning session of yoga and meditation.
You will have time for a relaxing spa style breakfast: a buffet with cereals, biological products, local specialties and the chef’s pastries.
Now it is time to abandon yourself to an hour of individual holistic massage practiced by the highly qualified personnel. To complement, free time to enjoy the hotel facilities and the thermal centre.

The gourmet dinner, specially prepared for Tuscan Spirit by Chef Giuseppe Fulco, will be served on the veranda which is surrounded by a charming and scenically suggestive illuminated garden.
A light and pleasant wake-up starts another day. An extended holistic session awaits you in the swimming pool with a combination of yoga and Shui-Dao. Replace your burned energy with the rich Villa Undulna buffet breakfast.
A perfect complement to your break combined with “H20listic” under the auspices of the Undulna nymph is an hour spent in the company of a “water sommelier” who will enrich you with precious knowledge on the characteristics of the different types of oligo-mineral water and mineral water.
And through water tasting you will learn how to apply your newly acquired understanding in their choice and combination with food. From the bubbles of the mineral water to those of an excellent “Classic Method spumante”: a toast and a good-bye conclude the experience.
